I am introducing Dr. Petros Kattou’s innovative approach to Brain Neuromodulation to America; he will offer a 2-day training during my 4-day advanced Acupuncture Meridian Assessment (AMA) training August 22-25th in St. Louis. Earlier this year, I wrote of my experience with Brain Neuromodulation training with Dr. Kattou from the SOZO Brain Center, member of AIMIS Healthcare Group, in Cyprus.
I was awestruck by what is possible by applying noninvasive brain neurostimulation by transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and Transcutaneous Auricular Vagus Nerve Stimulation (taVNS). SOZO Brain Center treats many neurological conditions including Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, PTSD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, mild cognitive impairment, addiction, chronic pain, etc. I described a case of a dramatic response for Parkinson-like symptoms. I think the benefits will be more lasting if we also correct the underlying problems using AMA.
The first day, I will cover an AMA refresher in the morning session and advanced AMA training in the afternoon and evening session. The 2nd and 3rd days will focus on Brain Neuromodulation led by Dr. Petros Kattou, and a support team consisting of Dr. Helmut Retzek and Lenna Retzek from Austria and Dr. Atel Hemat from Germany. Dr. Kattou will take some patients for evaluation and guidance on treatment plans. He will recommend which neuromodulation device and which programs would benefit the patients. Patients will need to work with a trained physician on an ongoing basis to be evaluated for recommendations. The cost of each neuromodulation device is separate, about $950-$1,200, depending on the model. The 4th day will include AMA and Brain Neuromodulation training and how to combine these unique modalities.
Normally Dr. Kattou’s 2-day training is €3,000 (just over $3,000), and he is willing to come to America at a reduced rate. I will combine his training and my advanced AMA training at a flat rate of $2,500 if you register in advance, and $3,000 at the door. Normally, my 4-day training is $1,500, so you get both courses at a discount with no additional travel cost. This is a unique opportunity to learn about the possibilities in noninvasive neuromodulation therapy developed by Dr. Kattou. Space is limited; please register at https://preventionandhealing.com/training/. Upon registration, a member of SOZO Brain Center will send you an NDA document to sign. This is standard practice to protect the intellectual property (treatment protocols, assessment scales, neuromodulation devices, etc.) they will be sharing with you during the workshop.
My goal is to introduce his innovative Brain Neuromodulation to speed up the recovery of many neurological disorders like MS, Parkinson’s and ALS; and explore its potential for applications on anti-aging, dementia, Alzheimer’s, cancer, PTSD, anxiety/depression, and psychiatric disorders. I strongly believe his training on Brain Neuromodulation and my AMA training complement each other.
Physicians can also bring patients to be examined by him and get his therapy recommendations, let me know in advance. The cost for the patient will be $300 paid directly to Dr. Kattou and SOZO Brain Center. Email preventionandhealinginc@gmail.com.
